Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your cake will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends, will be dispatched the following working day.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery. We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
How is my cake packaged?
Every Crumbsy cake is carefully packaged in our premium letterbox-friendly box — designed to fit through any standard UK letterbox without bending or crushing. No missed deliveries.
Do you deliver to Scotland and Northern Ireland?
Yes — we deliver across the whole of the UK. Please allow an extra working day for Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
