Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products described. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is only accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Products

Our cakes are handmade and baked fresh to order. Whilst we take every care to represent our products accurately, slight variations in appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Allergens

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soya. Full allergen information is available on each product page. It is your responsibility to check allergen information before purchasing. We cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for those with severe allergies.

Delivery

We deliver across mainland UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

All content on the Crumbsy website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Limely Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
