All Crumbsy cakes are baked fresh daily and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your cake from our kitchen to your letterbox.

Delivery Times

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your cake will be dispatched the same day, arriving the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Crumbsy is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Cost

We offer free next day delivery on all orders across the UK. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, including England, Scotland, and Wales. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, though please allow an additional working day. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or internationally.

Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take an additional working day.

Letterbox Delivery

Every Crumbsy cake is packaged in our bespoke letterbox-friendly box, designed to fit through any standard UK letterbox without needing to be signed for. This means no missed deliveries, no collection slips, and no waiting in.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your cake's journey.

Packaging

We take great care with our packaging to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition. Our boxes are designed to protect the contents during transit whilst remaining environmentally conscious — we use recyclable materials wherever possible.

Issues with Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@crumbsy.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
