Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Crumbsy order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
Our Cakes Are Baked Fresh Daily
Because every Crumbsy cake is baked fresh daily, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each cake is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your cake arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crumbsy.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
Our cakes are designed to fit through standard UK letterboxes, so missed deliveries should be rare. If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund, less any additional postage costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production. To cancel, please email hello@crumbsy.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has begun, we are unable to process cancellations.
